Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 7–14 business days
- Rest of EU: 10–18 business days
- Outside EU: 14–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
